This unique barometer was produced in collaboration with CUB-AR, a creative workshop specializing in the cutting and polishing of Armenian obsidian.
Cut then polished by hand, the stone was engraved then each of the inscriptions was gilded by hand.
Inside the device is one of NAUDET's noblest mechanisms.
No two obsidian stones are alike, which gives all its value to this instrument.

It is important to know that it is not the position of the needle that matters but the direction of its movement:
- On the rise (improving weather)
- Downward (weather deterioration)

MAINTENANCE
To maintain your instruments, whether they are brass, chrome or black, a dry cloth is enough.
A polishing product (especially for brass) is not necessary: by rubbing you risk damaging the varnish.
