Moon clock

A moon clock is a timepiece that shows the different positions/phases of the moon.

These phases – the shape of the sunlit part of the moon visible from Earth – are called lunar phases.

The moon's shape changes gradually during the month because it revolves around the Earth and the Earth revolves around the Sun.
