Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
We have a limited stock and deliver almost all our products ex works to order.
Stock items are generally shipped within 2 days after receipt of your payment via MyParcel with tracking and delivery without signature.
For items that are not in stock, we will forward them to one of our manufacturers/suppliers and a delivery time of approximately 2-3 weeks may occur.
Due to the different national Corona rules, the delivery time may deviate.
Shipping costs include handling, packaging and postage. Treatment costs are fixed amounts, while transport costs depend on the total weight. We recommend that you place your items in one order. We cannot merge two separately placed orders, so shipping costs will be charged for each order. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special care will be given to fragile items.
Our boxes are large enough to send your items well protected.
The order is offered to you on weekdays during the day. Please note that you must be at the delivery address on workdays from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM to receive the shipment. You are always responsible for the way in which the shipment is received at the delivery address.
Please note: we only display our own stock situations. With indirect payment methods or very high demand, it is always possible that the product is temporarily out of stock and that a back order is created. In this case you can of course cancel your order.

Returns / Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product.
You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs.
Only the costs for return from your home to the webshop are for your own account.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.
To exercise this right, please contact us by phone or email.We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
Covid-19 & Deliveries
Due to Covid-19, our manufacturers may still have problems getting their needed parts in.
Unfortunately, our manufacturers cannot predict which parts they will be missing to complete the items and therefore orders/items/deliveries are still going on backorder. But once our manufacturers get their parts in, they produce and ship as quickly as possible.
So despite all the vaccinations and easing around the world, Covid-19 is still having a major impact on the entire delivery chain.
