Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
For the delivery of orders, we are partly dependent on our supplier (s).
Packages are generally sent via MyParcel within 2 days after receiving your payment with tracking and delivery without signature.
For items that are not in stock, we place them on to one of our suppliers and a delivery time of approximately 2 weeks may occur.
Due to the different Corona rules in EU countries and the therefore changed local Postal delivery times the delivery time may deviate.
Shipping costs include handling, packaging and postage. Treatment costs are fixed amounts, while transport costs depend on the total weight. We recommend that you place your items in one order. We cannot merge two separately placed orders, so shipping costs will be charged for each order. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special care will be given to fragile items.
Our boxes are large enough to send your items well protected.
Delivery takes place for German customers from Germany, for Dutch and other European customers we deliver from the Netherlands. The order is offered to you on weekdays during the day. Please note that you must be at the delivery address on workdays from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM to receive the shipment. You are always responsible for the way in which the shipment is received at the delivery address.
Please note: we only display our own stock situations. With indirect payment methods or very high demand, it is always possible that the product is temporarily out of stock and that a back order is created. In this case you can of course cancel your order.
